Summary and update

Hi guys, I feel like I owe you a bit of explaining since you haven't seen me for almost 10 days.
I've had a lot of things on my plate and I want to share them with you.

First of all, I finished exams early this week and I was informed yesterday that I did pass all of them, so that's  really nice.

One of the reasons I've been busy is my drivers test that I am taking next Tuesday and I've been busy taking lessons. The other reason is my job and I've been working a lot so that's taken a bit of time.

Everyone in Iceland is really happy these days since it's been really hot and nice. Downtown has been full of people with sunglasses and that makes me very happy

I did order clothes from a new store that I've discovered and I hope to do a haul ASAP.

Also, last Thursday, there was a school ball and I had a lot of fun there. I will post pictures from there when my pictures have been developed.

I also took an OOTD that I haven't got around to edit so that's also coming up

My birthday is coming up on May 22nd! I'm so excited for that! I will do something with my friends then and I will definitely do a blog post on that.

My friend also won tickets to the Blue Lagoon (Way too expensive to go there frequently) so I think we will make a day out of that and I will probably do a post on that as well. 

So yes, I will find time to do this soon, please be patient with me :)

Chanel's Resort collection 2014

Karl Lagerfeld sent down his newest collection down a runway in Singapore the other day. It's a Resort one for 2014. 

the collection is really sophisticated yet the styling adds an edge to the looks. I like how well Lagerfeld captures a look that young Chanel would go for herself. Karl Lagerfeld does a great job as always.

OOTD - Seventeen

The weather today was so nice, I was woken up by birds singing and I noticed bees today so summer is on it's way.
I decided to do an OOTD even though I'm very busy studying.
Unfortunately, the usual software that I use to edit and fix my photos broke down so I had to use photoshop and I wasn't able to make them as good as I wanted too but I will post them anyway.

I really want to cut my hair this short but I'm a bit afraid to.

More shoes

I've been wanting to get new shoes for summer since all of mine look very wintery. I've been very obsessed with platforms as they make me look really tall.
I decided to surf around the web, looking for some shoes but I ended up liking way too many and now I can't choose. I've narrowed it down to 9 pairs and I'm asking for your help by telling me which ones you like the best.

1. ARGO by Jeffrey Campbell

These are really similar to the jelly shoes I posted a few days ago. They look very clean and simple. 130$
2. DIOON 39 by Vagabond
I am currently loving the white shoe trend but I might not be so good keeping them white. 100$
3. Sue platform wedge by Miista
I looooove these so much. I saw them like 2 months ago and I can't stop thinking about them. The only problem is that I don't know what I would wear these with. 213$
4. LYON by Matiko
These are really simple and they would be easy to style. 200$
5. VALENTINE by Rachel ComeyAlso simple like the LYON ones but with a cute pink detail to it. Very expensive - 490$
6. JULIET 101 by Vagabond
I'm leaning a little toward these because they would pretty much match anything. The only problem is that they are not very summery.

I really like the safari trend that is about to go around. These fall into that trend and they look super cool. 400$

I love metallic shoes and clothing, it looks very cool. 50$

They look very unique and modern. Would look good with the monochrome trend that is trending. 195$
